The weather in the morning for the
tournament was more seasonal than it has been with
temperatures in the mid-70s at the start, heating up as the
day went on into the mid to high 80’s. A steady Wayne Nelson
finessed his way to a very good score of 90 to take HOA
honors, just edging out his son Steven Nelson, who shot a
very competitive score of 88. Should make for lively dinner
conversation at the Nelson household tonight. Thanks to all
of the shooters who attended. Our next shoot is set for
Saturday November 28th.
We are also planning to add a 50
bird FITASC event to the November 100 bird Sporting Clays
shoot. Details are being worked out. Please check our
website, Sarasotatrapskeetandclays.com in about a week for
further, details about squadding.
Thanks again for shooting with us.
